Join hundreds of survivors and caregivers as they walk to raise funds and awareness for the Lymphoma Research Foundation!

The Lymphomathon is a non-competitive 5K walk where survivors, family, friends, community and corporate teams walk in honor and in memory of those whose lives have been touched by lymphoma. Funds raised by participants will support the Foundation’s mission of eradicating lymphoma and serving those touched by this disease.

About Lymphoma
Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer that occurs when lymphocytes--white blood cells that help protect the body from infection and disease--begin behaving abnormally. Abnormal lymphocytes may divide faster than normal cells or they may live longer than they are supposed to.

Lymphoma may develop in many parts of the body, including the lymph nodes, spleen, bone marrow, blood or other organs.

Nancy's Story
Nancy was diagnosed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2007. Thankfully the treatment they gave her worked and she had been 2,5 years in remission. She knowes that her story might have been quite different if she did not have the support of her family and friends. Grateful for having won her battle, Nancy knows the importance of being there for others who are also fighting cancer and being an advocate to help find a cure against lymphoma. This summer she will be volunteering at a camp for children with cancer. She also will be participating for the second time in the Chicago Lymphomaton, this time with her own team, to raise money for a cure. Follow Nancy's Ninjas here.

Had an idea in my head for a logo design. As soon as I came home I started working on it. It uses subtle colors with a clean and sleek style. The idea is that it's a picture of the top of a mountain.

Today I made some stickers of my logo. I also laminated them so they can conquer the rain and then put double-sided sticky tape on the back. They are going on my bicycle. I will post a photo tomorrow with the stickers on the bike

This is a new tshirt concept I'm currently working on. It's a baby bear called Jack searching for a new home.

A little more detailed version of Jack is also my new logo as of today. The reason I changed it was because it had to much resemblance with a couple of other logo's using a monkey. So I created a fresh new character.
